How long does it take for my order to ship?

All of our loungewear is carefully hand made in house. Depending on the volume of orders, processing time can vary. Ready to ship items will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Preorder/ Made to order items will ship within 1-21 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies from 1-3 business days. We use USPS and UPS for all of our shipping needs.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and or text that will include your tracking number once the order has been shipped. If your package is lost during transit, The Five AM Club is not responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier if this happens.
