Shipping Overview: All workout apparel ships within 2 business days, unless labeled as a PREORDER. PREORDERs ship by the date provided. All loungewear ships within 7 business days, as most of our loungewear is made in house and made to order. All sale items ship within 2 business days.
Returns Overview: If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, with a $5 restocking fee. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  1. Contact Us: Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send Items Back: Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: If you are returning an item, you will not be charged for return shipping.
  • Restocking Fees: There is a small $5 restocking fee per package returned.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us for assistance.
